On Saturday my blog was in the Top Ten listing of most heavily visited blogs and my articles were all being tracked. Then something went wrong.
At some point between March 4th and March 5th all tracking from my blog ceased to work.
I contacted Spotplex's support group and informed them of the problem, they are in beta after all, and they thanked me and said they would find the problem and fix it.
As of this morning, March 6th, my blog is still not being tracked at Spotplex. The blog is in their system, but no hits are being tracked. Before you say something foolish like;
"That's cause no one is reading your lame-O blog, you n00b!!!"
take a look at my site stats from sitemeter.
Clearly I am getting plenty of traffic, it is just not making it to the Spotplex system.
To be honest, Spotplex has sent me very little traffic. At the same time, Spotplex is a brand new service and not many people are aware of it. Like Million Dollar Avatar, it is a service that costs me nothing to participate in. So I can't exactly complain when it does not work. Well, I can complain when in does not work but I prefer to complain in a constructive manner as opposed to a destructive manner. I want my complaint to help fix the problem not just anger the people involved.
